Meet Our Team

Nancy Billek - Interpreter

Nancy has been a faithful member of Victory church since 1999. She has been an educational interpreter for over 20 years and serves as one of our volunteer interpreters during church, events, and small group sessions.

Rachel Matthews - Interpreter

Rachel has been a part of Victory since 2010. She has her RID certification and is a freelance interpreter. She is also one of our volunteer interpreters for church, events, and small group sessions.

David Ortiz

David is one of our Deaf church members who has faithfully been a part of our church family since 2012. David is one our Worship leaders and Bible study leaders.

Daisy Stewart

Daisy is one of our Deaf church members who has been a part of Victory since 2016. She has a gift for worship and is one of our Deaf worship leaders at church.

Deaf Events at Victory

Victory Assembly of God supports and values the Deaf community with opportunities to learn, grow, fellowship, and be a part of the church community. We teach our hearing congregation ASL (American Sign Language) and Deaf Culture. We host Bible studies, and events to encourage community, fun, and support with the Deaf in the South Jersey area. Deaf Victory has created several activities such as Bingo, movie nights, games, summer BBQs, and other social events.
